Refund & Return Policy

We want you — and your furry friend — to love every Pawtica product.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us immediately at support@pawtica.in with photos.
We’ll replace the product or offer a full refund.

Note: Hygiene-sensitive items like opened grooming products cannot be returned.
